Outside views. The house is what was perhaps two small houses, at the western end of a terrace overlooking the River Varenne valley. It is only a short distance to the centre of the little town of Ambrières les Vallées, and, walking the other way, to the river bridge... where there are more restaurants, gardens etc. The house is sheltered to the north by a rocky outcrop.
The terraced garden .... at present overgrown, with a vine, fruit trees etc.. The land also includes part of another terrace below, ( to the right down steps past the post ), which is at a lower road level . The main windows are to the side of the house, and face south, thus giving views over the garden.
The main bedroom upstairs, approx 7 metres long by 4 metres wide. The stairs to the main downstairs room are to the left of the water heater. The centre beam needs lifting about 6 to 9 inches for comfort..
The smaller downstairs room, about 4 metres by 4 metres approx., with a stove, and front door access . Looking the other way to the main downstairs room, through the passage way. The stairs on the left are to the smaller upstairs bedroom, which can also be accessed from external steps and door. The bedroom is about the same size as the room below ... with fireplace. Both, at present, are full of building materials.

This room will make a kitchen / diner / plus....about 7 metres long by 5 metres wide divided by a bar unit containing the sink etc etc.. There will also be enough space for the loo and shower room etc. at the " kitchen " end. Beamed ceiling and tiled floor.
