TULIPS IN AMSTERDAM
I visited Loosdrecht again on May 3rd for a few days. Chris is becoming more of a Hollander ..... although some English Sunday traditions still remain.....
Apart from risking life and limb in the Zodiac on the extensive lakes
" trust me father " (!) the better weather provided the opportunity to see the potential of where Chris is living. The water is just a few paces away and offers all kinds of recreational facilities, including camping.
More time was spent in Amsterdam, mobile phone hunting, and also at a Sunday Concert. But the highlight was without doubt the visit to the Keukenhof Gardens. Pictures at every turn and a blaze of colour ...
