More work was done on the house .....
The bar unit top was lowered and a corner post added. The wall and ceiling lights were fixed and wired up. With the wall now plastered and pictures added it is starting to look a bit more like a room ...... although a final decision has to be made about heating before the chimney flue can be dealt with.
The upper garden ( down five steps ).......... and the lower ground ( nettles ! ) Work here will have to wait until later in the year. It is too dry to plant shrubs now.
The garden wall faces south, sheltering the vine
and pear trees.
At the weekend there was a local " Picnic " and entertainment.
The entertainment was mainly singing and circus style acts ...
Audience participation resulted in Tony taking to the stage !
